*Terms & Conditions
The “DAC – Scan & Win” Promotion (“The Promotion”) is valid from 23rd April to 22nd May, 2025 across KSA.
Promotion is available to all residents of KSA aged 18 years old or older, having a valid national identity or Passport, excluding in-store promoters, all and any subsidiary or affiliate companies of DAC (Henkel) Company, and any other individuals/groups involved in this promotion.
1. The participants can enter the competition with or without purchasing the promotional products.
2. To participate in the promotion, Customer needs to scan the QR code, visit www.winwithdac.com, fill in the form with name and contact details from 23rd April, 2025, from 00:01 am until 22nd May, 2025, until 11:59 pm.
3. Participants can only increase their chances of winning by entering a valid proof of purchase.
4. To increase their chances, the Customer shall buy any of the DAC product(s) worth SAR 50 or more from participating stores, and visit www.winwithdac.com from 23rd April, 2025 (from 00:01 am) until 22nd May, 2025 (until 11:59 pm)
5. Only products purchased between 23rd April – 22nd May, 2025 (Both dates inclusive) will be eligible
6. The Customer shall follow the instructions for the Promotion by filling the online registration form entirely with his/her correct personal details: Full Name, Email Address, Phone number
7. The Customer must upload online at least (1) picture of the full valid printed receipt with the purchased product(s) name, receipt/invoice number, and the date of purchase visible and readable.
8. The employees of DAC (Henkel), affiliate companies and their immediate family members (parents, grandparents, children, grandchildren, siblings, in- laws -mother, father, brother, sister, daughter, and son- and spouses) are excluded from the Promotion. Any participation of these persons in the Promotion in violation of this term shall be considered automatically void.
9. At any stage of the Promotion, if usage of unlawful methods or cheating by a participating Customer is discovered, the same will result in disqualification and ban of further participation of that participant from the Promotion. The use of any automated software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows a customer to automatically enter the competition is prohibited.

1. Prizes are non-transferable and are not subject to refund, division or exchange for any other item or cash
2. Prizes will be awarded “as is” and the Company makes no warranty, guarantee, or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, in fact, or in law, concerning any prize, its use, value, or enjoyment.
3. Digital Vouchers are valid for 1 year from campaign start date
• The Winners will receive a confirmation email with details of the prize collection/delivery
• Winners will receive their prize within 30 days of the draw date.
• Winners are requested to present valid ID, Original invoice/receipt of their proof of purchase of the DAC product(s).
• The Company shall not entertain any claim by the Winner(s) citing problems of a technical malfunction of his/her computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, or software while claiming the prizes in case if he/she is a lucky Winner.
1. By participating in this Promotion, Customers agree with the privacy of DAC (Henkel). DAC (Henkel) is responsible for the collection, processing, and use of personal data of the Customers. DAC (Henkel) will use the personal data of the participants only within the scope of the legal provisions of the data protection law. DAC (Henkel) will store, process, and use the information only insofar as this is necessary for the performance of the contest, or if the Customer has given his/her consent. This also includes the use for exercising the granted usage rights. DAC (Henkel) will only use the data for the performance of the Promotion. Afterward, the personal data of Customers will be deleted. The Customer can at any time request information on the data stored for him / her. In the case of a prize, the winner agrees to the publication of his / her name and city of residence in the advertising media used by DAC (Henkel). This includes the announcement of the winner on the website of DAC (Henkel) and its social media channels.
2. Participation in the Promotion constitutes the Customer's consent for the Company and its affiliated companies to use his/her name(s), personal information, and/or any statements made by him/her regarding the Promotion and advertising purposes only without notice or additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. All information shall be handled and used in accordance with relevant data protection laws and the Company’s privacy policy.
3. The Company shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, lost profits, indirect or direct damages, consequential damages, incidental damages, punitive or exemplary damages, judgments, cost, or expense whatsoever, including without limitation to, property damage, personal injury and/or death which may occur in connection with the participation in the Promotion, or possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of the prize.
4. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of being carried on as planned, due to without limitation :- infection by any computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, the act of God, war (whether or not declared), political coup or insurrection, rebellion, labor dispute, fire, epidemic, storm, flood, typhoon, explosion, legal enactment, government directive, order or regulation, any law or regulation having the force of law or any other reason or cause beyond the control of the Company, which corrupts or affects the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Company, to the fullest extent permitted by law, reserves the right after getting COC approval in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Promotion and to disqualify any Participant who tampers with the Promotion and/or the entry process. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer software and/or equipment, failure of any e-mail account, or any combination thereof.
5. The Promotion and these terms and conditions are subject to the law and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The decision(s) of the Company in connection with all matters relating to the Promotion shall be final and non- appealable. In case of any dispute or difference in respect of or in connection with the offer herein, the decision of the Company shall be final and binding on all concerned.
6. The Company reserves the right to amend, cancel, or withdraw in part or full all conditions of this Promotion including the right to substitute any prize for an item of equal value after getting COC approval.
7. By participating in this Promotion, Customer acknowledges that he/she has reviewed and accepted the above Terms and Conditions.
حملة "DAC – امسح واربح" ("الحملة") سارية من 23 أبريل إلى 22 مايو 2025 في جميع أنحاء المملكة العربية السعودية.
الحملة متاحة لجميع المقيمين في المملكة العربية السعودية ممن تبلغ أعمارهم 18 عامًا أو أكثر، ويحملون هوية وطنية أو جواز سفر ساري المفعول، باستثناء المروجين داخل المتاجر، وجميع الشركات التابعة أو الفرعية لشركة DAC (هنكل)، وأي أفراد/مجموعات لهم علاقة مباشرة بهذه الحملة.
1. يمكن للمشاركين الدخول في المسابقة مع أو بدون شراء المنتجات الترويجية.
2. للمشاركة في الحملة، يجب على العميل مسح رمز الاستجابة السريعة (QR)، زيارة الموقع الإلكتروني www.winwithdac.com، وتعبئة النموذج بالاسم ومعلومات الاتصال، وذلك في الفترة من 23 أبريل 2025 (من الساعة 12:01 صباحًا) وحتى 22 مايو 2025 (حتى الساعة 11:59 مساءً).
3. يمكن للمشاركين زيادة فرصهم في الفوز من خلال تقديم إثبات شراء صالح.
4. لزيادة فرصهم في الفوز، يجب على العميل شراء أي من منتجات DAC بقيمة 50 ريال سعودي أو أكثر من المتاجر المشاركة، وزيارة الموقع www.winwithdac.com من 23 أبريل 2025 (من الساعة 00:01 صباحًا) حتى 22 مايو 2025 (حتى الساعة 11:59 مساءً).فقط المنتجات المشتراة خلال الفترة من 23 أبريل إلى 22 مايو 2025 (بما في ذلك التاريخين) ستكون مؤهلة.
5. يجب على العميل اتباع تعليمات الحملة وتعبئة نموذج التسجيل الإلكتروني بكامل المعلومات الصحيحة، والتي تشمل: الاسم الكامل، البريد الإلكتروني، ورقم الهاتف.
6. يجب على العميل تحميل صورة واحدة (1) على الأقل لفاتورة الشراء الأصلية الكاملة، مع ظهور اسم المنتج، رقم الفاتورة/الإيصال، وتاريخ الشراء بوضوح.
7. يُستثنى من المشاركة موظفو DAC (هنكل)، الشركات التابعة لها، وأفراد أسرهم المباشرين (الوالدين، الأجداد، الأبناء، الأحفاد، الإخوة، وأقارب الزوج -الأم، الأب، الأخ، الأخت، الابنة، الابن- وأزواجهم). وتُعد أي مشاركة من قبل هؤلاء باطلة تلقائيًا.
8. في أي مرحلة من الحملة، إذا تم اكتشاف استخدام وسائل غير قانونية أو احتيالية من قبل أي مشارك، سيتم استبعاده ومنعه من المشاركة مستقبلًا. يُحظر استخدام أي برنامج أو وسيلة آلية تسمح بالدخول التلقائي إلى الحملة.
